It will come as no surprise to hear that selling, buying and moving house can be extremely stressful. And the surrounding reasons for our move didn’t make it any easier. However, Phil and his team were always courteous, efficient, and reliable making the aspects of selling our home just that much easier. Whenever asked anything, even communicating with our buyer, the team at Your Move responded very quickly. When running into each other unexpectedly Phil was always friendly having a catch up even when it was out of hours. Overall we had a great experience with Your Move and more specifically with Phil and his team. If needed again (though we hope not for a long while) we would definitely use them again. I recently completed the sale of a small local property and Philip and the team did a fantastic job. The quality of the online listing and the photos was outstanding and showcased the house very well, communication throughout the process was great and they've managed to achieve this sale in the middle of COVID. We moved into a rental home with Your Move and it was all very smooth and efficient, with them providing us a move in kit which was a nice touch. Philip was quick with communication and action as needed, through the pre-move admin and for maintenance etc. post move. He personally looked into clearing some rubbish at the property, unfortunately there was a lot more clearing out that we had to tend to which was the only less than pleasant experience.
