I called the engineer on Thursday afternoon; he arrived the next day and unblocked a clogged drain, then did extra work to clean the pipes using a power sprayer. He then used a camera to check that all was ok. All in all, very satisfactory - a careful, thorough job - excellent. Recommended.

We had a very smelly drain. Called BDS and Juan was with us the following morning. He inspected our drains, completed a CCTV survey and suggested we have them cleaned. He got all sorts of stuff out including loads of old silicone! It's been over a week now and the smell has vanished. Very reasonably priced. Thanks Juan!
