The place is neat, clean and Ms. Sam isl accomodating,been for a year now. Likewise, staff are very helpful. Do not pay to store your stuff here. Constant increase in price but the service going down..barely any light to see the unit (if the lights are working), cut access times so now i can barely even get to my things, only a measly note on the door to inform customers of this. Convenient that I receive the invoices by email no problem but any that have important information on like the above funnily i dont get…don’t waste your time. Especially if you are homeless and/or struggling in any way because this is ridiculous.

Shurgard Self Storage Neasden are not selling storage boxes ! I went to the store seeing this sign (photo attached),upon reaching there I found that they have stopped selling boxes since November 2022. Poor marketing and misleading :(P.S : photo taken on 18th Jan 2023
