A fantastic venue. My sons wedding was amazing. They couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful, stunning. The food was lovely.

Lavinia and her brilliant team at Blackbrook House will provide you with the most unique and intimate wedding experience possible. When it came to choosing our venue we didn't want any kind of out of the box experience, simply picking and choosing from different packages, be it food, drink or decor/theme. Being the food- and wine lovers we are, we wanted to be sure that none of our guests would be anything less than amazed. We also wanted advice and someone, who could take our ideas and transform them to perfection. Add to that, had we a house big enough, we would have loved to have a wedding at home - it was supposed to feel like our space on the day, and it did! Blackbrook House was the only venue that was prepared to take on this challenge and exceeded our expectations when delivering more than we could have ever wished for. The venue is warm, homely, welcoming and simply a lovely place to be. In the many meetings we had with Lavinia, she was always one step ahead of us in terms of how our ideas could work and be put into reality. The decor was simple and understated, yet stunning. Steve excelled at delivering a truly spectacular meal, which the whole wedding party loved sharing in and made the day both formal and comfortably casual at the same time. On your special day you need to feel certain, that everything will run smoothly and without haste. Kenny ensures exactly that. His team of servers are both omnipresent, yet nowhere to be seen. Finally - if anything should go not quite as planned on the day, the team behind will fix it! We could go on forever, but hopefully we have said enough!

Wonderful place! I have photographed many weddings at Blackbrook House over the years and always been impressed! The attention to detail and quality of food that Lavinia and Kenny provide is second to none....everyone loves it here!....you won't be dissapointed!

Once you find Blackbrook House, you will never look back.After our first visit to Blackbrook House, and a few hours of relaxed wedding chat we were blown away by the staff and their warm and personal approach. We both felt so inspired and excited, it was an easy decision, this was definitely where we were going to get married!Blackbrook House is a gorgeous Victorian house surrounded by rolling green hills. What has especially impressed us is the homely and warm welcome we have received every time we have stepped through it's front doors. You can tell Lavinia and her staff genuinely care about what they do, maybe because it's a family business run by a dedicated and creative team. We also loved the fact that the house was ours for the day. Blackbrook House is such a stark contrast to many of the venues we visited previously.Throughout the planning stages there were no packages to deal with, everything was bespoke, we even had a meeting and a tasting session with their clever chef and what a treat that was! All of our crazy Danish traditions were welcomed and matched with creative and colourful ideas and lots of special Blackbrook details. Our wedding day was just unforgettable and perfect in every way!No words can ever be enough to thank Lavinina, Kenny, Faye and Jo. We have made some great friends and look forward to Lee's big birthday coming up, which will definitely be celebrated in style at Blackbrook!

Our magical wedding day at Blackbrook house was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we wanted to get married there. The whole team were so helpful at planning and organising all of the fine details. Kenny was very efficient and made sure that our special day was unique to us, down to the very last details. The chef spent time with us discussing our ideal menu choices including canapés. Our evening buffet even had an Italian theme because we got engaged there!Every bit of planning and design was thoroughly considered and cared about. Nothing was too much effort for this creative and passionate team. Everyone went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. Blackbrook House was the first wedding venue that we came across online and the only one we viewed. As soon as we arrived, we knew we didn't want to get married anywhere else. The team at Blackbrook House offer exclusivity and a bespoke wedding of your dreams. We found that nothing was too much to ask for and the finer details added by the team made our wedding even more personal. Our guests and us were looked after from start to finish, making our day very relaxed and genuinely the best day of our lives.

Our wedding was planned with a short time frame and they did everything they possibly could to help us and accommodate our every wish. We still visit for events when we can to get our fix" of Blackbrook House. Our wedding day was breathtaking from the moment I arrived to get ready there and throughout the whole day to the very end. They think of every tiny detail and make it so unique to you as a couple. Many of our friends wished they had celebrated their wedding there! Blackbrook House is an amazing venue, everything is tailored to you as a couple. There is no picking from a set menu, you sit down with the head chef and discuss what you like and come up with a plan together. Planning our wedding was stress-free. We had meetings together at the venue to discuss what we liked and wanted from our day, and the Blackbrook team did the rest. No stress of setting up on the morning of your wedding, you just turn up and enjoy your day! I would recommend Blackbrook House and their team to anyone planning a wedding. A gorgeous venue and a fabulous, friendly team to go with it. I cannot thank Blackbrook enough for giving us an amazing wedding day, from start to finish.
