Today I saw Helena from benefit, and she was incredible!! I’ve been travelling for months and have not found anyone that was able to do my brows how I like.. until today. She made sure she knew exactly how I like my brows done before starting and checked with me along the way to make sure I was happy. She is also super kind and easy to chat to. I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. When I’m back in London I know exactly where I’m going!!

I definitely recommend this service :) I had my brow wax and tint with Jada and she was really nice and helpful. She helped me to understand what was the best fit for my Brow and we ended up shaping them really nicely.

Popped in to try to finally find a brow pencil colour that didn’t make me look like a clown. Met Arub and she was amazing. Picked a colour I’d never have known would work and it’s spot on. Finally I look good. Thanks Arub for being so helpful and also a great brow artist too!!!

I had brow wax and tint with Helena on Friday at the brow bar at St Pancras station. They were a complete mess an she left them looking so pretty, I love it! Throughout the whole appointment it felt like I was talking to a friend I’ve known a long time ago, she has such a warmth and friendly personality that makes you feel so comfortable. After the appointment she recommended two products based on my brow needs, took one home! If you want an amazing experience, get your brows done with Helena! ❤️

Jada from the Benefits counter helped me today. I was looking for a bronzer and she instantly found me a shade that suited me. We had an amazing conversation, she was very friendly and very patient with me and attentive to my makeup needs. My time at Boots today was certainly a memorable one!

I am really pleased with my brow service with Helena at St Pancras Station Boots. I have seen Helena a few times and every service has been very professional and left my brows looking lovely. Helena is knowledgable about the Benefit products and is really friendly. I think Helena is the best Benefit advisor I have seen over the years. I highly recommend Helena!
