One of the reasons I chose Control Group was their expertise, and especially as it related to Fire Alarms and fire safety. There were some minor issues at the start, but they very quickly addressed them. They put the customer first, and they are very accommodating. We have been working with Control Group for a few years now initially with our 1st gym and recently at our 2nd gym both in Catalonia. They provide good systems, which help with business efficiencies, which is exactly what we need as remote operators. Plus, they take care of all the technology integration and provide a one stop shop experience. Would recommend them.
