Lovely place only bad thing no WiFi in caravan got keep going main complex

Horrible campsite and service and also cleaning of the caravans, The caravans look nice and clean on the outside but Inside I found a broken board with a nail sticking out near the floor, and sticking out and there was grease on the oven, a lot doesn’t look like it was even cleaned on the oven, The curtains are dirty as well. There is also dust everywhere, and on the shelf’s. The wifi there is terrible as well, the destination for it is also horrible.Restaurant service is terrible and hugely expensive, a waiter tried to snatch the menus off my hand while ordering.

Great site with a great location, buy is starting to look dated and the litter is an issue

Does not feel like your in Blackpool area.Lot of open ground.

Not that bad but needs more cleaners etc as our caravan was very dirty and the toilets in the entertainment area were very dirty

Disgusting 2 learning disabilities people paid for 11th day break from the 15th may and had to leave had the full package and asked for some guidance to get to the shop and enterment and was hung up on was told that people would call back and never happen all these people want is money and they don't care for the learning disabilities customers was told to read map but was explained that we can't read map

Our caravan was just being the main entrance. The caravan (Buckingham 15) was tidy at first sight but cleanliness wasn't that good. The food stains from the previous guests are still there on the dinner table, there was tobacco / weed or whatever they are leftovers on the cussions!There is no mobile network and no WiFi in the caravan. No communication at all. There must be a WiFi solution for those caravans that there is no network. The customers must be informed beforehand about the communication issue!!!Having severe hay fever the whole holiday ruined. The trees outside caused my children's and my noses blocked, itchy eyes, runny noses, cough and sneeze all at once.

Used to be really good fullnof chavs at entertainment carpet was dirty in caravan , broken glass under kids bed windows dirty brown stain on toilet wall, really disappointed as previous years have been outstanding

Great place, been here a few times for a break. Would definitely return. Its close to many places, Blackpool, Fleetwood, Morecombe, Lytham, and shops.
