Shocking after sale customer service. Door purchased in August, in October we noticed it was letting water through in several places. It took 2 emails, one request call back form and 3 phone calls from us for them to get back to us. 2 weeks later, finally, an engineer came to repair the leak, who repaired the leak but left two small white dents/scratches in dark grey door..3 weeks later the door leaks again..2 phone calls, and still waiting for someone to get back to us...

Good quality product backed by a solid support team in the office. Good communication and very personable.We had three doors, 1 box bay and about 15 windows. Fitters are exceptional.Years of experience installing windows. Despite the cold, they took their time to ensure the the fitting was correct.There were some defects (cracked units) and these were sorted out before the end of the job.A quality product, backed by brilliant non-pushy knowledgeable staff and excellent fitters to ensure the product lives up to expectations.Highly recommend. They earned and deserve the 5 star rating, along with the doughnuts, bacon rolls and tea.Thank you.

I found it hard trying to locate a good window company (as there's a lot of rubbish ones out there)! The price is also excellent (compared to other window companies).Trade Frame was recommended by a friend.We had 2 (5 aspect) bay windows fitted.The service from quote to fitting was excellent, professional and hassle free. We had to wait a couple of months from quote to fitting as there is a wait list and the windows have to be manufactured. However, worth the wait.The window fitters did an excellent job. The were professional, inobtrusive and a pleasure to have around.. They did an excellent job. The fillers and trims that they finished the windows with were to a very high standard. I don't know how they managed to fit 2 bay windows with no plaster damage around my windows at all! Any cracks or chips in the plaster, they filled.Overall, excellent windows and a fantastic service.

Fantastic company. Excellent service, very good quality windows and doors. Excellent fitters, Clive and team were very tidy and clearly very experienced as they done a brilliant job! Tradefame are a nice company and employ nice staff however I would like to share the issues we have had with our bifolds. for all the support tradeframe have / are giving we have been left with boarded up windows for over 6 weeks now - constant excuses from the tradeframe supplier as to why the beading can not be provided - constant 'we will get the beads' and guess what today due out to fit the glass with the worst excuse ever ' we did not realize we did not have enough bead'. now getting on for two months still no glass in bifolds - on two other doors both have problems - front door being replaced and back door being repaired, which tradeframe are supporting with suppliers - 3 doors = 3 problems. UPDATE: BIFOLD ISSUES - 4 months since fitting we still have issues with wind coming through the bifolds with constant week after week going by with no resolution - now taking legal action within courts to get £2000 refund - avoid!

Today I had a Composite Door fitted by Terry & College lovely men and they did a great Job so thank you to them!And a big thank you to Stefan Raywood who initially came out to my home to go over what I had liked on line and put my order through, very helpful man!Also my thanks to Wendy who I could get on the phone when I decided to add to my order and was always helpful, and the Man that came to measure up! On the whole VERY PLEASED with the order from begging to end and I LOVE MY NEW DOOR!I would highly recommend them, great team work and also a very good Price thank you all so very much!

Great service from Stefan and the team at Trade Frame. Very competitive prices and great attention to detail. Not pushy to get the sale unlike other companies. Would highly recommend.

A double glazing company you can trust.Open and up front pricing, what you see is what you pay for quality products professionally installed.We had 4 windows, French doors and a back door fitted in August and are very pleased with the quality. The fitters were fantastic and a credit to Tradeframe.We did experience a slight problem with the French doors sticking but a call to the office had an engineer round within hours to fix the problem.Definitely recommend them and will be getting the rest of the house done soon.

From initial enquiry to completion, amazing service. We added extra items on to our order late on in the process and not an issue.On day of installation, very efficient and so happy with the finished result.Would highly recommend
