Ordered a vehicle just as lockdown commenced from Express which obviously threw a spanner in the works! However I can't fault them or the service, Comms have been great throughout, really responsive, and a special mention to Gerry McMorrow who has been superb. A couple of small issues on delivery, nothing major and also not the fault of Express (nothing I haven't had with nearly any car I've ordered) , but they have been incredibly prompt so far with ensuring that these are resolved for me.First time customer of Express but certainly would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them.

Really happy with my new electric car and the deal I got. Despite the current pandemic and the extra wait for my car at no fault of Express vehicle contracts, James, Abie, Carmel and Kayleigh were all really helpful in helping to arrange and keeping me up to date. Would definitely use them again

Ordered car in January expecting a delivery on what turned out to be the day after lockdown. So after a delay of about 2.5 months through no fault of Express I got my car a couple of weeks ago, no problems at all, and really happy. James and Kayleigh were great throughout and everything was explained clearly, which was good as I am a first time leaser.

It has taken me over a month to post this well overdue review. It's been a great pleasure leasing my new car and both Joe and James have been extremely helpful. It was not easy looking for a car and getting it delivered during a pandemic but the communication from this team was spot on. They answered all my questions and made the delivery process seamless and stress free. I highly recommend them and I may even lease with them again as we are considering getting a second car!

I have been dealing with Nathan since June 2021 when I started to look to replace my car. They had a good offer on a BMW 128ti which I ordered but after two weeks of ordering I had a change of heart. After going back for forth with a few other vehicles over a couple of months, Nathan had a BMW M235i which I accepted and is being delivered on the 20th October.Throughout the whole process, Nathan was always responsive and always tried to get me what I wanted due to my budget and my taste.Hopefully we can do another deal when my contract ends in three years time!Keep up the good work Nathan!

Thanks to James, Joe and Carmel we took delivery today of our new Volvo V90. The whole process from first contact with James going through the finance application to taking delivery from a dealership in York all the way to Essex has been exceptional. I researched lots of Volvo dealership offers and found Express Vehicle Contracts to be the best and most competitive in the marketplace. I'm very happy with my deal and will be contacting James and his team once my PCH comes to an end.

Decided to lease a new Volvo V90, extensive search found the cheapest deal with Express Vehicle Contracts, 1 email & 1 phone call later I had a deal on the table. 2 week wait for the car- dealers were on lockdown and here it is. Bang on! Really pleased with the deal, and more importantly the service- even down to the delivery driver. Would recommend- Thanks Gerry for a smooth transaction.
