I spent about 15 minutes or more none of the staff members approached me to ask what I was looking for. Three ladies behind the counter weren't even serving any customer, couldn't even bothered to come and ask me if I needed any help. I have metal allergy and was actually looking to get help for titanium and metal free frames. But unfortunately very disappointed coming here. I don't recommend this place for its customer service level and value this vision express showed and I experienced.

Very helpful people at this shop. My dad and i are travelling around england for the ashes and dad nearly broke his glasses and Andrew kindly fixed them. Much appreciated and dad is really happy and he’s been told to put them in the glass case when not in use!!

Went in for a simple sunglasses repair, spoke to Winston at the door and he swiftly told me to take a seat. max 10 minutes later, Andrew comes over having fixed them up to good as new….. free of charge!Fantastic store experience, full credit to those two. I left with working sunglasses on a sunny day thanks to them.

I was staying in Birmingham for the weekend and realised I’d left my contact lenses and glasses at home. The lady in Vision Express was so helpful and managed to find me a pair of sample lenses so I was able to see to drive the next day. So helpful. Highly recommended.

I came on the weekend and must admit the service was very limited not being served at the Vision Express Bullring branch due to all staff with clients having eye tests.There seemed to be a member of staff that was scurring back and forth to the counter even though she had seen me needing to be served and apologised for the delay, I didn’t seem to understand why she could not assist me in trying some of the glasses on show.Eventually after a wait I was served and given the service I needed but it could have been dealt with earlier.

As usual received fantastic service from Vision Express. The only optician I have found to adjust any frames free of charge (other opticians only adjust their own frames). Obviously at your risk but so good that this service is provided. Anil was very friendly and patient in adjusting my frames. Thanks

I popped in to see if the staff could take a look at my sunglasses as I lost a screw in the frame. The lovely Simeone told me to take a seat and within 10 minutes the sunglasses were fixed.The staff were very helpful and had a positive attitude overall. It is always good to be in such an environment.I will be using Vision Express going forward. Thanks once again.

Staff gaslit me after I raised concern on my glasses. Paid for a service and it was not completed which is fine. However, after drawing attention to this I was gaslit by the member of staff and although they put my order in once more, no accountability was actually taken by the store and no apologies given.
