Fantastic service and really made my little boy's birthday venue appear spectacular. Our guests were wowed by how great the balloons and name arches look. Great value for money and couldn't recommend more highly. will definitely be using again! Happy customer!

Amazing service! They stock anything and everything you could want for a party, really helpful staff, and the balloon order exceeded expectations (they user there discretion for colour combinations and it all looked lovely) Will definitely be visiting there again.

We have used Charmwood time and time again for all sorts of occasions. The balloon service is particularly good. Lots of attention to detail and clear commitment to doing what they can to help with making an occasion special. Cannot fault this place. They have a good selection of balloon arrangements and designs for special occasions and also offer delivery and set up when needed - well worth the charge for this! The helium balloons lasted for much longer than we expected too. A good old fashioned party shop!

The team at Charmwood stepped in at very short notice (after another company cancelled just 10 days before the wedding!) to decorate our wedding reception venue. I think that their design (Mr and Mrs balloon arch and heart topped balloon pillars) was better than that of the original company and looked fabulous. They even added balloons to the guest book table and to the cake table: something which was not requested or paid for, but which looked fantastic.Thank you so much for saving the day and for your terrific service and advice. I highly recommend Charmwood.

I needed help to make my daughters birthday a memorable experience but I had a very tight budget. Charmwood delivered an excellent and professional service taking on board all my requirements. Most of all they provided a quote which I was very satisfied with compared to others in the surrounding area. Will defiantly use Charmwood again next year!!

I popped into Charmwood looking for a wedding card and was overwhelmed by the choice! Such a little gem of a shop stocking absolutely everything from cards, ribbons, balloons, gifts and unusual party/celebration accessories. The owner could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say I will recommend this shop over and over again. THANK YOU! Take a look for yourself ....

Very impressed with the service Irfan @ Charmwood provided us. Charmwood provided us with 35 cluster balloons and 2 columns. His prices were extremely good and he provided fantastic, quality products. Communication was great and Irfan was very friendly and helpful throughout. We will most defiantly be using Charnwood and Irfan again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.
