Lovely friendly staff nothing too much trouble they didn't have stock of a casserole dish we wanted so it was ordered for us and arrived within 3 days to home, I think the lady was called Gemma? Very much appreciated thank you

Good array of stock, good price, although with it being seconds you need to check each item for blemishes etc. Or you will get home and be disappointed. Staff friendly and helpful.

I like this shop, we bought a full dinner service here 2 years ago at a good price. Called in again today, quite sad to see it's now out of stock, but pottery is discontinued regularly. Helpful staff too.

Good cost savings when compared with fully priced items, but they are slight seconds. If you can, be sure to check all your goods before leaving the store.We were buying a lot of pieces and left the staff to check and wrap everything whilst we continued shopping elsewhere.When we got home and checked there were a couple of chipped items and others where the pattern was inconsistent compared with the rest of the 8 place settings. Now face a journey back for replacements.

Been twice and havent purchased anything do to the price differnce not making it value for money. Have seen same items cheaper online through company webpages and other providers like Amazon who had biggest discount on Denby items. Worth doing homework before going as you may be disappointed, otherwise a nice clean store with friendly staff who are very helpful.
