Found this to be a good drinkers pub with a nice atmosphere. Beer was nice. However, going for food was not good. The pricing was average but the food was well below average. When you pay for food out, you expect a basic standard to be met but unfortunately it wasn’t nice. The cottage pie wasn’t good enough for the price paid. Would however recommend the beers!

Stopped here after walking the dogs from Stonehenge Campsite through a field then along the road for a section. Decent little country pub with friendly locals and staff.

We had Sunday lunch here today. I had roast beef and my partner had roast lamb. The portion sizes were really generous I was surprised at the amount of meat on the plate, I was really tender and of good quality. We had plenty of vegetables and roast potatoes, each plate had a Yorkshire pudding. I would definitely recommend it and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent experience. Sunday roast was outstanding. Small and gorgeous inside. Really nice staff. Desserts wondrous. Only nine tables, so you better book. Reasonable cost. Proper village pub 10 mins from Stonehenge, feel quite lucky to have been there.

Sadly went for the first time tonight after phoning to book a table. Staff knew nothing about it and took them 15 minutes to even speak to us with locals pushing in for beer. When we asked if we could order and had booked a table they couldn’t even find menus. A pair of German tourists looked very frustrated as had been sat for a while waiting to be served which never happened. They got up and left . Having no menus to choose from, poor staff, poor customer service and very disappointed we also left. I’mAssuming the boss was having a night off.

Stopped here with family for a meal and was not impressed to hear how the barmaid spoke to a customer. Initially they were told much on the menu was not available due to weddings". When asked about a vegan option they were told there was a vegetable tart that came with goats cheese. When asked if there were any substitute for the goats cheese the barmaid said they are "a country pub"

Stopped off on the way down from London down to Devon. A very pleasant country pub with a beautiful garden. Will definitely come back if we do this journey again. Thanks.

Stopped off here to get hydrated while rambling. A great village pub with plenty of parking, nice staff and clean loos. The beer garden is quite large, this was great on such a sunny day because everyone wanted to be out in it.

A tiny little pub, not far from the busy area around Stonehenge. We had the Sunday lamb roast and a great ale. Just what you'd expect.
