31st October 2021 update - My husband rang the company after i saw management asking us to ring. He spoke to a lady called Saf and she stated there was no one available from management. She took our details and advised management would call back. Its now been over a week and nobody has called back. I have attached pictures to show the blinds are now bending and blackouts are nowhere to be seen with all the gaps.I had this company come out to my house in summer 2020. The salesman came out measured my windows gave advice on what type of blinds to get. I placed my order. The blinds were brought to the house with the kitchen blinds missing. The front of the house has bay windows we were supposed to get two tracks for this size and type of window. They put one full track on. Second visit they sent a different fitter. He then drilled different holes to his previous colleague in the windows as his measurements were different.The bay window blinds wouldnt open or close due to the wrong track being put on. We put a complaint in. As we had paid extra for blackout too. But due to the first guy who measured the windows wrong the rails are short so dont cover the whole window. We have light coming in from both ends of the window. The original salesman failed to mention the material of the blinds we chose will start to bend twist when its hot due to direct sunlight so our blinds starting creasing. A complaints manager came out totally agreed we were supposed to get two tracks and the windows were measured wrong so the tracks should have been measured longer. He accepted the the material for the blinds wasnt right. He went back informed the office. They got in touch saying they had ordered new rails.A third guy came out again accepted that we need two tracks to be put on and said the blinds we got must have been a bad batch and they will look at changing it. We have contacted this company numerous times. Yes we even gave them the benefit of the doubt due to lockdowns. But everytime lockdown was eased this company didn't contact us we contacted them. The secretaries dont put you through to management. They keep assuring you they have it in hand and they are sorting this. When im saying we have contacted them numerous times im very serious. We are now in July 2021 and they have not bothered to get in touch and sort our problem out.I last used this company in 2014 and their service was so professional. The quality of their blinds were brilliant. I would not recommend them to anyone now as the company is nothing like it used to be. The service is terrible and your paying out alot of money to get fobbed off by their staff. We spoke to another company and they informed us we should have been advised that the blinds material we chose for the front windows wasnt the right one.If your wanting a professional service with good results do not go to this company. You will get nothing but a headache. Im very disappointed and cant believe they can do this. I am now going to contact trading standards and inform them.

Had my blinds fitted today by haich and very happy with the service. No problems from the measuring up to the ordering and the fitting. Very professional company and very happy customer.

Called up Alams beautiful blinds and I didn’t think they’d travel the distance to quote for my friend in Worsley. But, we’d had a few quotes already and plenty of people ready to take advantage of my vulnerable elderly friend.However, Zed was super professional. Arrived on time and happily let us look through the sample booklets at our leisure. Answered every question with confidence. He talked us through costs and how we could keep it within her budget. He wasn’t pushy and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision.Installation was a quick turn around and was incredibly quick on the day. He did a fab job. There were a few things we weren’t sure about after they were installed but Zed came back as soon as I raised them to rectify (if needed) and chat us through anything else we were hesitant about.Really lovely man, very professional. Would definitely recommend Alams beautiful blinds to anyone.

Very pleased with the quality of the blinds and the customer service that was provided before and after the blinds were installed. They help me choose the right blinds as I needed something which was low maintenance and easy to clean. It’s more than a year now and the blinds look just like new!
