My wife took in a ring to be cleaned but due to their error, they made the ring smaller instead. We complained and they made it larger again. However, the correction was not done properly, so we have had to take it back again for further work. Not the standard of work you would expect from any jeweller.

Mr Stevenson is a proper Hatton Garden trained jeweller. Totally trustworthy, and so knowledgeable. Fantastic repairs and alterations and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

We collected our Howard Miller Mantel clock today after service and repair for which we were charged £300. Clock is going OK but too early to rate repair. However, rather disappointed that after a wait of 7 weeks, we found they hadn't bothered to clean the rear reflective mirror, which was very cloudy. Makes one doubt the thoroughness of the work overall. I took a photo but they don't have a public email through which to send it.

I have bought several items of jewellery here for my wife. They always have a great selection and the staff will help you find what you want if you have run out of ideas! It all seems very reasonably priced too.
