Pippa recently staged a house for us in Liverpool. It was perhaps the smallest house she has worked on. Pippa was very easy to work with. Did a great staging of the house. Result was fantastic. Pippa was fantastic. The property needed a top to tail refurb and Pippa was able able to source and organise each contractor, negotiate a below market price and oversee the quality of work without me ever needing to set foot in the property - this project involved 7 different contractors. She also made sure the property was up to code so that the property could be let out with fire doors, alarms etc - and organised all certificates that were needed for us to be able let the property too. Always easy to get hold of and if there were any issues with contractors Pippa always handled that too. I couldn’t recommend this more highly and the property had a high end finish

We were really stuck with how to improve the back of our house, which was really poorly designed and dark. We were at a bit of a crossroads thinking we had to do something (but what?) Or move. Pippa came round really quickly and totally helped us create a vision that we could then articulate to a local building firm. The end result has added a huge amount of value to our house AND made life so much better.
