I recently took my car to Wessex Autocentres Ltd for servicing.In this time, I ran into some financial problems, So they kept the car for me.This was very helpful, Whilst i gathered the money together for payment.They were very professional in the handling of my situation & very understanding.They even helped me by dropping my car back off to my address, As i had a busy work schedule.The car was fully serviced & runs like a dream.I highly recommend this garage to everyone, Great service, Very efficient, I will defiantly be coming back, Extremely friendly staff.The Governor is A Good Man : )

As a single woman I've lost count of the number of garages that have tried to rip me off over the years but I've been using these guys for 2 years now and would never go anywhere else. Recommended them to my friends recently and they've also been really impressed.My reason for writing a 5 star review today is based on my most recent experience. My son's Citroen DS3 that I use as a run around was due it's MOT and the car has had a repetitive concern over the last 9 months. I'm clueless when it comes to these things so took it down to these guys for some advice. Not only did they take time to genuinely listen and clearly explain their initial thoughts, but they did this whilst already being flat out with answering the phone and triaging other customers that had popped in on the off the chance. I would have been lucky to have even got two words out of another car garage but these guys were so kind. They kept the car for a couple of hours, fixed the problem at barely any expense and booked the car in for it's MOT for few days later. The car passed!Thank you team and keep up the great work. You really are one in a million!

i took my ford in yesterday for an overdue MOT which was done within 2 hours. it failed with several things needing replacing, however alex explained everything to me and managed to start work on it the same day. i got a call around 1 o clock today saying that my car is ready to be collected and all the work had been completed, only leaving two advisories left on my MOT. i am extremely impressed with how quick the turn around was, especially for the amount of things that needed fixing and replacing. everyone in the garage is so helpful and friendly it was such a lovely experience. my usual garage is in north london where i live but i would happily drive down here just to come to this garage. overall a very very pleasant experience will definitely return.

Do not trust this garage for your MOT.My daughter took her car here and they failed it on the suspension. Quoted £500. Thank goodness she got her boyfriends advice before agreeing to have the work done. Took it to 2 other garages. Absolutely nothing wrong with the suspension at all. Only 4 year old car. Only thing it failed on was the wiper blades. When we asked for the MOT refund I was told where to go by the Manager!

Had great service from Justin and am very thankful. He really went above and beyond the other day when i had an issue with my car, was really friendly and helpful and even got it sorted within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend to everyone! Will definitely use this garage again if i ever have any issues or for my Mot :)

Don’t often write reviews but they failed my car on its MOT. My car is 4 years old and only done 18,000 miles- when taken to another 2 garages to check- nothing wrong. Passed its MOT the very NEXT day! Good job I didn’t pay out on getting the work done that they said it needed.edit- dispute your comment to it being a 'rhetorical question by the way'- As to why 2 garages, the first one couldn't do my MOT the next day but told me there was nothing wrong my suspension. Therefore, knowing it would pass the very NEXT day, I took it onto another garage who could- they agreed there was nothing wrong, which my pass certificate shows :)

Not sure..we used this garage for 12 yrs & they were outstanding. Had a gap of few yrs during which time new owners took over.Returned & had MOT/repairs here 2021 & '22. BOTH times I was quoted £600 (1st time thought fair enough)2022 MOT/repairs/service..car didn't feel like it'd been serviced at all. Car has lot of sentimental value. Partner died & I'd become disabled in 21, both together meant didn't hv energy to challenge, so I guess that's on me.I'm giving benefit of doubt & booked MOT Mon 18 Sept..so we'll see. I'll adjust review as necessaryThis review had 2 stars but I had actually pressed & given it 3 for fairness, blame GOOGLE for that because I am very reasonable.My review, written after I'd booked my MOT wi you again was not to, as you suggested by phone..that I was basically attempting to blackmail/back you into a corner so you'd pass my car (illegally) but WAS to let you know I was very unsure abt the service you did, in addition to the MOT & repairs which I didn't have an issue with..& to ensure this time the service was done thoroughly.I should now also highlight, after your call this morn to canx my MOT, that your invoicing is a problem. There are no individual prices for parts supplied or labour, just units of hrs labour/parts & a grand total..that, doesn't inspire trust. It was something I was going to ask you to do this time. After all were not talking peanuts here..£1200 spent wi you in a year is serious moneyBest customer service turns problems into solutions & victories..wild accusations, hissy fits & canx work dont.
