I had taken Minutes Made Easy course through my work-place and I enjoyed it very much. First of all, Joanne has a great voice, very peaceful and calming. She drops in a jock here and thete so the training has some fun in it. The tra ING has 3 distinctive parts and I like how different they were. The theory, the good and bad examples and last part is practise. The part I mostly learnt from was the last practise part. I enjoyed it because I learnt most from.practose and herevit was very clear and well designed.

I took this course 7 months into starting my work as a minute taker for a complex NHS transformation project. It has completely transformed my ability to do my job.
