Tony is a STAR the only Company that even tried to help me with our Blagdon 6000 5 in 1 garden pump. Tony even contacted the Bladgon representative to help make sure in what he was advising was correct went above and beyond and so cheerful with it made me feel valued. Anyone waiting expert advice this is the only Company I would use, once again thankyou so much Tony!!!!!!!!!!

The service is excellent and Tony always goes above and beyond to help me out, especially given that I'm not very techie.Every summer he kindly spends time on the phone to help me re programme my irrigation timer. Friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable advice, goods arrived very swiftly and the advice turned out to be spot on - I'd been intimidated by the technicalities, rang on a weekend to leave a voicemail - and got the owner, who talked me through everything. Couldn't be happier. Wish all online shopping was like this.
