I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Lucy Properties and was so sad when I had to move out (as I was relocating for work.) Fantastic service for maintenance and moving in/out and a wonderful, clean, cozy flat in prime location.

It was a coincidence for me to find Lucy properties. However, during my stay, I have heard a lot of nice and good stories from other tenants who also rented their flats from the Lucy team. Incredible feeling of being treated like you are the most important person to them. They have never failed to meet my needs, answer my questions and even opened one day my flat, where I forgot my key inside, not letting me to pay to a locksmith on Sunday. I hope I will rent again from them, if I ever come back to Oxford.

Fantastic letting agency! Pride themselves on great customer service and dont squeeze you like other more hostile landlords! Are willing to add furniture to allow you to make places you stay feel like your home! Highly recommend this company!

Quite simply the best landlord in Oxford. If you're thinking of living in Jericho, rent a Lucy's property. They're so much nicer to deal with than estate agents like Chancellors. I love being a Lucy's tenant. I can't recommend them highly enough.

As a landlord, Lucy Properties were always responsive and fair. I heard a lot of horror stories about landlords but I found Lucy Properties to be professional and respectful. They even gave me my deposit back when I moved.

Generally a very good letting agency. There are some delays with maintenance requests, but they tend to give you plenty of notice of maintenance and fire safety testing. Lawns mowed regularly for us.

I lived in a Lucy Properties flat for one year. The flat had excellent furnishings and appliances, and the team was always very responsive, quick, and accommodating whenever any issue arose. Once, I emailed to mention that it might be nice if there were some lights in the shared garden (where we lock up our bikes), and in no time some lights were installed! I highly recommend Lucy Properties.

Our dealings with Lucy Properties was very brief... We contacted them looking for a property to rent. We received an email initially from Rachel asking for more information on our criteria. After numerous calls to the office that went unanswered we sent an email which was never responded to. This is concerning as if we had a property, and needed to contact them in an emergency, we wouldn't have been able to.
