Sadly not good for us. We have the Bichon dogs which were cut way too short and unevenly done. from the heads and ears was noting taken. Our regular groomer was booked up so we used the groom room. The ladies are very nice and friendly, maybe we were just unlucky.

I took my rough collie dog 10 days ago for a full groom costing £65Normally this breed of dog takes at least 2hrs but they did the job in 1hr 15minsHer feet were still long around the toes and great clumps of dead hair which had not been brushed out properly due to the shortness of appointment given.Highly disappointed given how much i was charged my dog looked better before the appointment if I'm being honest! not the groomers fault as I feel they are being booked back to back to maximise on profitsWill not use again

took my Pom in for a groom - only took 45 minutes where i usually take him they have him for 1.45 hours - he was still damp - not trimmed enough he looks like a yeti - and they didnt remove any of his knots! wont be going back

The layout of the shop is not good especially if you have a wheelchair, or any sort of disability some of gaps between the units are far too narrow.
