Appalling, I've called 4 times.- One no answer- Three times cut off - one of which I was passed over from colleague to colleague then put on hold to be cut off.Shocking, only reason to use this store is if you have no choice in terms of location.

Lovely local backstreet decorating centre in Hammersmith surprisingly even open on a Bank Holiday. Knowledgeable staff able to help us choose which paint to buy for different surfaces!

Asked the shop for their Just walnut" paint and was told that this needs to be specially blended as it not available to buy off the shelf. I questioned this but the salesperson was completely adamant I had to mix it. As a result I paid £45 for 2.5Litres. Does not make sense to me how they can charge 4 times the price of a highstreet retailer such as Wickes of B&Q

Five stars and beyond to Kevin! I had a dilemma with matching a paint color for a small repair at the front exterior of my home, as the previous owner of my home took all the paint cans and didn't provide me with the paint names. Kevin was extremely professional, a pleasure to chat with about the dilemma, and went above and beyond to help me with a solution. I only wish him positivity and the best of luck at all times. He's really great and a huge asset to Dulux and its customers. When it comes time to paint the entire inside/outside of my home later this year, I'll be sure to buy my paint from Dulux. Thanks, Kevin!!!
