Guitar Parlour

Ordered guitar online as it was the best price I could find. I received a call to say it was out of stock for 10-14 days but I was welcome to cancel for a refund. Two weeks later I received another call to confirm that it was back in stock and being dispatched. Price and service are often the only differentiators online and these guys seemingly have both.

Don't often slate businesses but suffice to say I wouldn't use these again.Had two pickups fitted and was handed back the guitar with one of the new pickups in an unplayable sate.They had stripped the thread on the pickup plate rendering the pickup nonadjustable.He actaully looked me straight in the eye when he handed me the guitar back and took my money.Had the soldering not have been of a decent standard the whole job would have been a pigs ear.Had to pay more cash to have the damage put right ,never again .

Excellent shop!Great service, great products at great prices. New and used guitars and amplifiers. Two floors of guitar heaven. Very accessible, very close to railway station and city centre.Would definitely shop there again!
