Amazing! One to one boxing had changed my life. I train with john who is very friendly and welcoming, he listened to my goals and has helped me surpass them with ease. I’m now slimmer I feel healthier both physically and mentally and my confidence has grown massively. I would definitely recommend John to anyone who wants to lose weight or just get fitter. He made my sessions a challenge but they were always fun. I would never go back to a boring old gym now I’ve tried boxing and you should give it a go too.

Amazing gym to improve boxing knowledge, ability and confidence.The coaches are passionate and down to earth making it easy to enjoy every minute of training. This gym has improved my confidence massively and made me look forward to each session.

Fantastic boxing club! John is a superb coach, really knows his stuff. He’s personable, friendly and down to earth, and will put you at ease from day one.. Can’t recommend 1:1 boxing sessions with John enough, for fitness, skill / technical development, confidence etc. Great lads in the gym too!

I have been training with John for around a year. In that year I have gained confidence and improved my ability. John is an excellent coach who is extremely knowledgeable about boxing and has helped me come a long way. The gym has an excellent atmosphere and everyone is friendly. If I could I would give it 10 stars.

I've had one 2 ones with Katie at the boxing gym now for a few months.She is a spectacular teacher and very patient.Her teaching style is very positive but she still pushes you through your paces and clearly knows what she's doing.

Training here has been one of the best things I have ever done. Not only physically learning how to box correctly with the guidance of John and being one of the best workouts week in and out. But also its been great for my mind however I feel going into a session I always come out smiling. Everyone I have ever met there are friendly and helpful its not a daunting place to go if your worried and it's a great place to be.Thankyou undisputed boxing!!

I've been training at Undisputed-Boxing for just over 6 months and I cannot recommend this place enough! John is a fantastic coach who really knows his stuff. Each week, I have been able to learn and develop new skills which has allowed me to become more confident in boxing. It is a fantastic gym with great facilities and an amazing inclusive atmosphere. You will not regret training here!

Great gym and brilliant environment.My son has adhd and struggles with anxiety….. he settled in very quickly and loves it. Katie is a great coach, Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate if considering giving boxing ago.
