When to Bank 4th time, car parking problems, waiting for queue ,then l was toldby bank staff ATM cash points not working yesterday ,waste my time waiting too long, did went today again long cues again and have spoken to customer outside is the ATM broken. They should have 3 AtM cash in. And more staff. Poor management service. They need to speed up quickly coz we still in the middle of covid. It not good to wait to long cue , chance are catch covid from customers waiting too long. They closed too early at 2pm instead of 5pm Very disappointed..

No staff, no good service provided, waited for a long period of time just to have a bank statement printed out. Rude staff as well

They never have any staff. Waited almost an hour in queue. Avoid

HiMy wife's account in this branch. My wife's account is freez. When is visiting for unlock her account and restart again. One of the staff was angry on her because she doesn't understand proper English and told her we can't help you in this. You have to do it by yourself.

Nice bank... The female staff are very friendly the dudes are the typical jobsworth. Even tho it's in a very poor area . Come on what to do expect when 70% of the area are on benefits . It's got crackheads outside... The staff are excellent for what they have to deal with on a daily rate.

Absolute trash bank. Visited on 11.03.23 @ 16:10 only to be told that they had stopped giving money bcs they had had alot of customers - never experiened that practice at any other bank before but Okay. returned 12.03.23 to be told they have a £50 limit on ppl who don't have debits cards - what??? So i have to wait a working week for the card and pin? Unacceptable!! Could only take out an excess of £50 if I ordered a card. Its my 16yr old acc so I don't really want him having a card but okay. Then told my child's acc was frozen bcs they freeze easy savers once the child hits 16, so I needed 2 forms of I.D to unfreeze. Well no1 informed me that the acc was frozen in a whole year so now I have to go back a 3rd time to unfreeze and attempt to withdraw cash. Sick to death of this place, I work full time I don't have time to be running to the bank everyday. Advisor suggested my 16yr could come to the bank by himself - she may allow her child to walk the streets with a wallet full of cash but mine will not. Closing the acc and moving on, u don't get this hassle with natwest and barclays.

Very slow and poor service. I think the staff and management have changed but not for the better, new staff are very slow. Even with a long que waiting the staff want to have a chit chat with certain customers. 1 cashier with roughly 10 people in the que. Pathetic

This bank does not have enough staff to cope with the amount of customers they have. Please be prepared for a very very long wait. You may need a packed lunch.
