My last visit to this medical center was marred by the incredibly rude older woman at the reception. Her unprofessional and dismissive attitude left me questioning the quality of care provided by the center.Previous visit was complete opposite, really helpful guy at the reception.

Went to the surgery in total desperation. My son had passed away and I went to see if I cld see my doctor. I explained everything to the nurse, that I was having really bad thoughts and wanted to be with my son. Have to say Judy the nurse was excellent. She went and explained everything to my doctor and she came back with a prescription. My doctor had refused to see me.

I don't understand why some people give low ratings, but honestly, I'm registered with this center, and the staff has been very helpful to me.

I mean, no surgery is perfect. Templemore is fine. I get why people might complain if they don't get what they want and weren't let down gently enough by the staff. I'd imagine the majority of people who have an adequate experience here are not taking to google reviews to make their voices heard.

Bad experiences with rude, dismissive and unprofessional Dr Wilson. Reception staff also very rude. Much happier in my current gp practice

Sorry to see that others have had negative responses, but my own experience with Dr Wilson was with that of a seasoned and reasonable professional. Recommending.

I needed to collect the prescription. Rang the reception desk asking if they could wait until 6:02 pm - arriving time as per my GPS/navigation system (closing at 6:00). They said No. Ok

The receptionists can be very rude and I have had very unpleasant experiences over the years with them. On average it will take 3/4 weeks to get an appointment. When you are eventually seen, it feels like that don’t care about you and are trying to rush you out. Finally I am moving GP after nothing but bad experiences.
