Felixstowe cooker and oven repairs

I phoned Lee this evening about my dads oven not working and what a star he went straight round to my dads and 8pm in the evening. my Dad is 84 and disabled and as i couldnt be there Lee called me to tell me the quote and make sure I was happy with it and he called when it was done to let me know. He did a brilliant job and was one of the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Lee is you have any problems with home appliances very reasonably priced and excellent service I will be keeping his number for any future problems

Friendly and knowledgeable, costs were reasonable too. gave meLots of tips about the best cookers and dishwasher. Will not hesitate to use him again and will recommend him to friends and family.

Within 1.30 hrs of leaving a message with Lee he had returned my call and arranged to come and look at the oven that same early evening. Very efficient , knowledgable and friendly. Explained what was wrong. Once the part that had to be ordered had arrived Lee was immediately in contact to arrange time to fit. Job well done.

Fantastic service. Lee is a lovely friendly chap who bent o er backwards to get my tumble dryer backup and running. Being a carer my dryer is essential which Hotpoint couldn’t even care about. They wanted double what Lee charged justto come and look. Lee knew instantly what the problem was and repaired it. Also great to have a repairman who liked the cat and dog,Highly recommend his quick, professional and friendly service.

Great service arrived same day as call out. Thought my washing machine ruined after floods last Tuesday outside in box l live on boat. Very friendly and professional engineer Lee Rawlings.

Lee called back within 10 minutes of leaving a message, he was able to come to our aid within two days. He initially identified what he thought could be the problem with our dishwasher over the phone, confirming his rate and what he intended to do when he got to site. Once on site with a minimum of disruption he confirmed and was able to repair the fault immediately .I have no hesitation in recommending Lee and using him again!

Really happy with the work carried out to repair my washing machine. I called up on the Saturday afternoon - a time was set up promptly, then it was repaired within 24hours of my first call. Friendly engineer and excellent price so would recommend to anyone!

Really good experience, the technician (Lee) responded to me quickly and we initially discussed the problem with my dishwasher over the phone. His call out charge was reasonable, he visited quickly, arrived at the agreed time and was able to diagnose the fault very speedily. He then discussed with me the age and quality of my machine and gave advice on whether it would be worth repairing or needed to be replaced, with a rough idea of the cost. We agreed to proceed with a repair and he returned a day later on time with the required replacement part to finish them job. His final bill was cheaper than his estimate and I was very pleased to have a fully functioning dishwasher again for a fraction of the cost of a new replacement. Lee also gave advice about how to keep the machine in top condition, so that it will hopefully still give several years more service. He was friendly and courteous throughout and even remembered the name of my dog on his second visit!
