I usually get a feedback link but for some reason I didn't and I meant to leave a Google review but totally forgot.I like to thank Jake for his great customer service and ease to deal with. Even dropped me back to the train station to where i was staying nearby. Thanks to Hazma for the lift.Great lads to deal with and will be dealing with them again.

Always a great service, was looked after by Ryan when I was given a white Vauxhall Mokka. Car was in immaculate condition and on 3/4 of a tank, which was great. Found Ryan is always helpful and provides great service. This is my second time hiring a car from the Openshaw branch and no complaint's around only positives! Would definetely recommend this branch to anyone looking to hire a car.

Just returned a hire car today, i think this is about my 9th car I've hired over the past 10 years from this particular branch.Great customer service always. I would definitely recommend Enterprise car and van rental.

fantastic service from the very start, the team here are very friendly and approachable. I turned up here to get a courtesy car due to a recent breakdown and upon arrival I was offered an automatic which I wasn't too sure about. The guys went the extra mile to make sure a manual was sourced and even spent time showing me around it to make sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. I had a bad experience with this company Ashton old road branch, and my insurance company arranged a courtesy car . I had a call from this company to give back the car without a previous notification and rude caller. My insurance company sorted this out and forwarded a complaint on my behalf. I will never ever deal with this cheap company again.

Customer service was good. But our experience using them was just problem after problem due to lack of proper systems in place... they tried to sort out, but didn't manage to properly. There was a lot of communication with them, which is usually a good thing... but in our case it just became frustrating with having to say the same thing over and over to different agents, and still errors repeated themselves. I feel the necessity to add that even though the customer service agents were all kind and helpful and validated the errors that were made, the manager we spoke to was not and tried to justify the errors made and even lied to do so, which was frankly appalling. In summary, this company seems to have good general customer service, and you may have a good, personalised experience with them, but the lack of proper systems causes problems which needn't be there to begin with.
