OK Property - Fast House Sale

OK property were fab. My dad has retired, and family had flown the nest. He was looking to down size and enjoy his retirement. Andy came out and was professional, and approachable. He was offered a good price, and the sale went through fairly smoothly (only delay was solicitors, on the buyers side). Andy kept us up to date constantly. He also managed to meet a dead line my dad had said. Would definitely recommend OK property to anyone who was looking for a quick sale!!

OK Properties really got me out of a sticky situation, they were friendly and professional at all times and completed in the timescale I needed them to, I would highly recommend them to anybody.

This must be the worst job Andy has been landed with, however he handled it with with patience and understanding, giving me a lot of help to make an easy outcome.I admit when I rang OK I half expected some pushy salesman talking so fast it left you clueless but it was a quiet calm and relaxed discussion.I can recommend OK at a time when you need help not hassle.P J Dixon. Can not thank ok property enough, was dubious at first before we met Andy, he explained everything every step of the way to myself and my dad in a complete professional manner - we were kept up to date regularly and from start to finish only took 4 weeks - couldn’t as for anything easier - would highly recommend thanks x
