We had Paul Putney come out to site and he was very helpful, good to work with. Very professional, easy to get hold off rather than constant e mails and chasing to see when building control can visit site.

Paul responds very quickly and whilst always maintaining the high standards that are required for Building Control Inspectors, he applies the requirements of the Building Regulations with common sense - absolutely essential especially when dealing with refurbishments.
