I'm afraid the service was poor, these guys must think we were born yesterday. I have lived in Worcester over 30 years and he still tried to take me round the houses instead of the correct route. I didnt think taxi drivers did this anymore but sadly I was proved wrong.

Arrived quickly but the vehicle was not roadworthy. The driver was tailgating all the time and had to brake rapidly. He was unsure about the price quoting 3 and then decided on the highest. When I disembarked with my bags I fell face first and broke my wrist. He just drove off with me laying in the road. Disgusted!

Despite having booked a taxi for the following day to coincide with an 08.30 train, the taxi failed to turn up.The dispatcher was aware of the booking but couldn’t contact the driver as it ‘wasn’t one of his!’ All he could say was it was the fault of the dispatcher who took the booking the previous day !I wound up having to drive to the station in a panic and pay the charges.
