So this branch never really has anything in stock which general electricians need but that’s not the entire reason for this 2 star review. As I type this review they had 10 Hagar single phase 32A MCB’s showing in stock yesterday (was little surprised they eventually had something in stock) so I ordered 2 for click & collect but never received a msg to say its ready for collection. As another 8 were showing in stock I decided to go into this branch & just get them over the counter & cancel the click & collect order. The guy told me that they could only find the 1 which I had to take as I needed it. 2nd day I decided to go online again to check if they amended it to zero stock. I was surprised to see they still had 9 showing in stock. Either they don’t have capable enough staff to amend stock levels according to their new findings or they just don’t like some people & don’t want them to take stock & save it for the guys which they do like. Hoping I’m wrong but wish I knew what was happening exactly.Amendment: I had an email this morning saying that the order is ready for collection maybe because of this review. But the job was already done Saturday evening. Too slow

City Eletrical Factors west Bromwich is and has been a great store since day one and has been upto recently as all the mangers, supervisor and sales assistant are great to me and custom we support HM.& GOVERNMENT & NHS for there maintenance 100 stars all day.
