After calling 15 other taxi companies this fantastic man came and collected my daughter when she was taken ill at work, he truly came to our rescue and for a very reasonable price he went out of his way to help. Highly recommended! Nick took us, our two dogs and bags from Plymouth to a remote part of Cornwall and back again and the service was great. He was really friendly and the dogs loved him. It was easy to arrange both pick ups and he was spot on with timing. Thanks so much!

Ship To Shore Door To Door Plymouth Taxi Service
I spoke to a female and told her my exact location. She mentioned the taxi would be 16 minutes, which I waited. Yhen in 16 mintutes I proceed to ring 4 times with no answer. Then when I did get through. She then said she was at the location were I was stood and that I wasn't there. I watched multiple taxis drive past from multiple companies. None of which were shiptoshore. All of which I did not embarke due to waiting for this company.I then when I rang, I just got continously hung up on. Very frustrating and is the second time I've had an issue.The first is booking a taxi for a train the night before. It being half an hour late and almost missing my train.

I am a disabled traveler in a wheelchair. Ship to Shore collected me at a pre-arranged date and time, spot on time. Very helpful getting me into the taxi and a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The driver was polite, helpful and talked if you wanted to talk. Brilliant, and thank you.

Brilliant service, came down from Birmingham so I am unfamiliar with the area, rang up and they were outside in 3 minutes. Had a great chat on the way to the Train Station and was dropped off with plenty of time until my train, ultimately, this is the service you want if you plan on being somewhere quickly and dead on the time you need.

Excellent service! I booked with Ivor at Ship to Shore after having no luck with other taxi services in the area due to the ongoing disruption with the train strikes. I knew I had to get quickly from the ferry port to the station to make one of the only trains from Plymouth to London. Ivor booked me in despite all that, and ensured I knew where the driver (Steve) would meet me and that he'd wait while I disembarked. Overall a brilliant service, excellent value and I'll be using them again (and recommending!)
