Used mato before 5 starthis time ordered 2 x 33 feet of baler belt with fasteners fitted on they sent me a quote with a metric size on belts arrived within a couple of days fitted them then ordered the machine and clips in case I needed to do a repair I had to chase that up as that had not been dispatched got in the field to bale tensiond the belts and the 2 new ones were slack I checked the invoice and measured the belts to find they were 2 foot longer than I asked for but nothing to cut them down with so had to get a contractor in to do. My bailing I called them and a lady checked what I ordered and said she would have a word with a manager to call me back a week later still no call from them my repair kit did arrive but to late so I paid for belting that was to long and clips I've got to use to repair them so check your quotes for the metric equivalentMy own fault for not checking my quotes and not tensioning the belts before expensive lessons learntStill disappointed they didn't have the curtesy to call me back
