We have had Terry around a few times to fix a number of problems. He's very quick to come over and sort whatever we need no matter how busy he is. He seems to be working all hours all the time. He really knows what he is talking about and is so knowledgeable about gas/boiler issues. There's been times we have asked him around for just 1 issue and he's ended up leaving us advising us on numerous issues/questions we have had. He's so reasonably priced as well. We are just newly home owners from 2020 and can now say we have a trusted gas/boiler man we can always rely on and knows what he's talking about. Very glad to have found him

Terry is a top rate engineer, who has the rare ability to identify problems most engineers can only guess at. First class job and first class response.Called Heating Solutions NI from a quick Google search for a repair to an oil boiler at my elderly mothers home which was smoking and I was out of country. Terry responded within a couple of hours and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use again.

The workmanship was of a very high standard and was very reasonably priced. Terry was very pleasant to deal with and did a great job he loves his work and knows the heating business inside out. Will always get him out for any problems in the future including getting the boiler serviced

Fixed the boiler but didn't plug back the black boiler flue pipe that exhaust water so I ended up with boiler leaking water which ruined my kitchen ceiling. I was away for couple of months and was surprised when I came back seeing stains everywhere in my kitchen and the reason was the boiler.Post Review:The company called me after posting this review and It's really shame that the company accused me of causing this myself by attempting to fix the boiler again by myself. So Not just they didn't do their job properly first-time but also dare to accuse me of doing it by myself.By common sense, If the problem happened again wouldn't it be easier for me to call this company to fix it again, since they I've already paid them to fix it first-time, or at-least tell me how to do that. Also I don't have the tools to open the boiler case/cover.They insists that its me who did it myself after swearing to them that I didn't touch the boiler since he fixed it in Dec and can prove them that I've been away for long holiday since January and just returned home in mid-March.
