I had real problems with my hamstrings for years and it stopped from being able to play football, which I loved, as they kept tightening up while playing. Sam did some brilliant work on them over a number of sessions and they felt much better. I have kept regular maintenance with him and I have now been able to play freely whenever I want without any problems. He has also done some great work on my back, neck and shoulders, which have caused me lots of discomfort because of my desk job. I can't recommend Sam highly enough, he really is a fantastic practitioner.

I have had a lot of aches and pains over the years, predominately with a achy shoulder and sciatica. Sam was responsive, flexible and has a great attitude. He quickly got to grips with my problem areas and really got into the core of the areas as opposed to just massaging and faffing! Tried a few techniques which worked great and really released my problem areas. He is very knowledgeable and does listen to your concerns, would definitely recommend him and have him again.

I had terrible problems after breaking my collarbone back in 2020, struggled a lot with constant pains and muscle cramps, I found H3 online through social media. Sam was great he came to my house and worked on me after I explained my problems, I was not sure what to expect.. I felt relief I'd not felt since before my accident instantly, since the treatment I have been able to move much more freely and have re-booked multiple sessions. THANK YOU!! 5/5.

I've booked with Sam on multiple occasions now .I train martial arts so every now and again my back feels a bit worn out but after each session with Sam it feels brand new.Can't recommend enough !

Excellent, excellent service. Sam did work on a long standing rotator cuff and scapula problem. A comprehensive rehab list of exercises was then issued. Following the appointment Sam was there to answer any questions I had. After following the rehab programme the problem went away! I cant thank the team enough. They are clearly very passionate about what they do and I was listened to and treated with great care. Thank you!
