Dolce Desserts Sutton Coldfield

I have been a regular customer almost twice weekly. We have been served by Aamena, a new member of staff. She has been very professional, polite and has got excellent customer care. Highly recommended to visit and enjoy the hospitality and ambience.

I went to dolce last week. The desserts were amazing. I was served by Amaan who went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. His customer service skills are exceptional! Will deffo recommend.

Visited this awful dessert shop on 8th Feb 2022. Does not even deserve 1 star. The shop decor looks nice from inside. Me & my friend was only customer the waffles came out cold & the banana was thrown on side. My friend ordered a hot chocolate. No wiped cream & no spoon. They clearly have no idea how to make a hot chocolate as the glass was covered in melted chocolate with a strawberry in it. Who puts a strawberry in a hot chocolate? The place was cold the staff was rude literally waiting for us to leave. The waffles had so much chocolate over the top the plate sides was covered in chocolate. Looked like a 10yr old had made the desserts. The rude girl with fake eyelashes literally staring at us. I had a fanta after drinking most of it realised it was out of date!!! Was a complete waste of money. I didn't complain. We just left won't be coming back. Avoid this place go to sweet desserts or shake house instead.

Just discovered this place. Nice decor with a greenery wall. Ellie and Sarum were really attentive and gave generous portions. Loved the Ferrero Rocher ice cream. Thank you. Turned an EV charging session into a impromptu date night with my daughter.

My favourite dessert shop without a doubt all thanks to Moayad he’s the best serving us always with the biggest smile absolutely kind and friendly I can’t recommend this enough I had the red velvet with white chocolate and it was heaven thank you Moayad for recommending it I enjoyed it so much

This place has the best dessert to grace the planet. Milk cake is heavenly. Always received great service and delivery timings are always quick. I used to work in a dessert shop myself so I'm usually hesitant in ordering desserts because i find them all very similar. But these guys do smash it. Already left a good review on Just Eat. Keep up the good work guys!

Spent 20 minutes trying to work out where my order was..spoke to three different people trying to establish what had happened to my order ..quick to take the money out of my account but lost trust and confidence in this business..left to ring store to store to try and work out where my order was and eventually found my order was cancelled…disgraceful!

I’ve always loved eating from here but it’s not the same. My sundaes arrive like porridge now. They don’t make them fresh for the driver to take, they make them and leave it on the side waiting for a driver. I’m not ordering from here again. They never pick up the phone and if they do, all they can say is ‘sorry’. Has been a number of times they’ve done my order wrong as well. I’m bored of it. Not worth my money anymore and by far no longer reaches my expectations

It's a nice place to sit down and have a cuppa. Good service, right ambience, and plenty of parking. Make sure you enter the car reg no at the desk. The taste of standard drinks is slightly different. You would either love it or not. It's worth trying.

They made my wife's birthday so special by personalising our table with balloons and birthday sparkles as I had informed them beforehand. Fantastic dessert. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend particularly for such occasions like birthdays or celebratory events.
