Yesterday you serviced my e-bike while I waited (while I wandered around your fabulous store of gorgeous new e-bikes and accessories!) As a fairly new e-biker, I asked many questions, nothing was too much trouble.....And today I went back again (unexpectedly this time!) and promptly fixed a puncture and straightened my handle bars due to a little altercation with the hedge successfully avoiding a vehicle along the country lanes! See you both again next week to have my mudguards and lights fitted. ..an e-bikers life is exciting and Karl and Andy have made it better still. I will recommend you to everyone I come across.

Karl is brilliant. I had a problem with a bike, not bought from him and he spent ages helping trying to sort it, charged very little and taught me a lot. Thanks and highly recommended. Charles

Highly recommended. The bikes are very comfy and in great condition. They make light work of the Devon hills. We aren't regular cyclist's but with these we covered 24 miles around the coast without much difficulty. Route 3 on their website around the coast was superb, an excellent day out on quite lanes with spectacular views. The bikes come supplied with everything you need, helmet, locks, a map card and high vis, and the guys in the shop are very helpful. If you're thinking about, go for it, you won't regret it.

We had an awesome day riding and pub-ing. Service was 10/10, genuinely lovely company & nothing was too much trouble for Karl. We hope to be back!

Having never used e-bikes before we wanted to try out and take in some of the beautiful countryside, views and pubs at a leisurely pace. Karl gave us a simple straightforward explanation of how to use the bikes and off we went! These are great machines which make the extremely hilly countryside feel relatively flat to climb (although we still had to walk up a couple of the steeper climbs as neither of us have cycled much for a few years). We did a shortened version of route 2 from the website resources. Had a great day and did about 20 miles. Highly recommended!

Super helpful guys in shop. We followed owner's recommended 26 mile route along quiet lanes with some great stops and views along the coast. Bikes were easy to ride and the electric motor assist was especially helpful on the steeper hills. This was my friend and my first try of an e-bike and we loved it!
