We had a very pleasant experience with Heritage Carpets. The team were very friendly and helpful. They attended to all our needs and did a fantastic job fitting the carpets in our sitting room and stairs. The price was reasonable and they delivered and fitted the carpet within a week of placing the order. The team that came to fit the carpet were helpful kind and very efficient, the made sure that they cleaned after they completed the work. We will definitely be using these in the future and would recommend them 100%.

We bought carpet from heritage carpets, who provide a fantastic service. They have a huge range of carpets and delivery was second to none. Br. Sohail and team were impeccable. I asked the brother for photos of rugs last minute and that also came when they laid the carpet.

I have been buying carpets from Heritage for over 30 years for my rental properties as well as my own Home.Asad goes out his way to accommodate you. I have recently purchased carpet for my own house. Nice quality carper, British made at a great price.Service has been excellent all around front buying to having carpet fitted.I recommend Heritage Carpets, they will beat any price for same carpet and will provide a 5 star service.Keep up the good work, Heritage.

Very helpful customer service in store helping me to choose carpet. They had to order in the specific one I wanted which arrived in less than a week and then they came out to fit it immediately. The 2 fitters were very courteous throughout whilst in my home, fitted the carpet in less than an 2 hour and did a really good job. I will definitely use this business again in the future. 5**

Highly recomend Heritage Carpets! They were able to come to Buckingham to fit the carpet throughout my house, they beat all of the other quotes that I had obtained and provided the thicker underlay. They arrived on time, were efficient and completed the job to a very high standard. The carpet itself is of great quality and the customer service was excellent from start to finish - they allowed me to choose my carpet via phone as I didn't have the time to travel to the shop, booked me in quickly due to the short timescale I had to move and tidied up after themselves. 100% recommend

Best customer service, too the point and made a brilliant recommend action. We got AC4 laminates done with gold premium underlay. Most the other shops quoted double what this shop offered. Others have the name Heritage but you only need one. It's the shop next door to Azads supermarket.
