I have moved many times and I must say.. Model Moves is truly great! They’re super professional and efficient. Very friendly too which made the whole process stress-free as possible! Would definitely recommend and use them again

Jamie and the team were lovely. They made the move really easy for us!. It was raining on the day but the boys handle it really well. My partner and I were let down by a bigger company which was not helpful however we were so lucky to find Jamie and his team as they were able to give us a better rate. I will definitely be calling them again if I were to move! Keep it up guys :)

I have never used a removals company before but I can PROMISE that this was the most efficient, professional, patient and most importantly CAREFUL removal company I have ever used and WILL forever use.I had a bunch of Ikea cupboards, a very heavy French wood dining table along with 8 chairs and other accessories. Jamie and his assistant carefully loaded each door and all sides onto his van and strapped them in safely. They were also accompanied by thick protective blankets to avoid scratches.Once everything was loaded and strapped in perfectly he helped unload everything and carry it into my house while maintaining his respect for my property and placing everything carefully in a near manner.I PROMISE... if you are looking for a removal company or an efficient man with a van, Model Moves are the people you need to contact.I only write reviews to companies that deserve it.Incredible service thank you again!!!!!!!

I booked this company through Find My Man and Van. There was no communication beforehand even though I had reached out via WhatsApp messages and the messages were read. The movers were a no show on the moving day and I never heard from them at all. This was of course extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Do not bother with this company.I'm surprised at the other reviews for this company that are all 5 stars and effusive in praise. All of the other reviewers have left only 1 or 2 reviews on Google so I wonder if they are friends of this company trying to help boost its rating. Regardless, I can only share my experience which was clearly negative.----Update in response to owner's reply:The profile and driver listed in my booking from Find was exactly the same as this company's. It is plausible that someone had created a fake profile and stolen this company's identity, but that seems like a waste of time given they were not paid for the booking anyway. Also, Find My Man and Van has a 4.8 rating on Trustpilot from 784 ratings, so between these 2 companies, I'm not convinced Find is the dodgy one.

I really cannot thank James and Jamie enough for all they did during my move.They really did go above and beyond and they also actually managed to make it fun!! Nothing was too much trouble and they were a pleasure to be around. I could not recommend more highly .Thank you James and Jamie!

I had a great experience and highly recommend this removal company. They were very friendly, the best priced (I did a lot of shopping around) and did everything they could do to help. They took all my equipment down and up 2 storeys of stairs which was very difficult. Also, they brought special packaging to make the move much easier to pack and unpack clothes which a lot of man and van companies don’t have. Also, they were very careful not to damage the walls, ceiling, etc, when moving large and heavy items too which is great. I definitely won’t be going with any other removal company as they cover the whole of the UK and international moves and you definitely get your moneys worth as it takes all the stress out of moving.

So happy I chose this service! They were very quick and efficient with the packing. We also had a lovely chat :). Great prices. Definitely calling back when I need some help with packing and removals.
