Very poor experience on the 3rd December 2020 17:30pm late evening no 1 in the store apart from staff,A women followed me to the till bypassing the rails in the store I stopped at the til to get a refund before the lockdown the women tried to squeeze pass me with the till & small stand with socks.I said there all this room to come pass no 1in the bloody store plus the government has spent so much money on protecting staff.My sister had to step in as the staff on the till said there nothing i can do still carried on doing the refund while this women was complaining that's she wearing a mask until another member of staff intervened.The manager was more concerned about its Christmas time??The girl on the till was 16 years old and needs more training.

Most obliged to the two young ladies that were so helpful this evening. Friendly, polite, and dropped what they were doing to help me find what I was looking for (which I bought for 'Mum') - The same two young ladies were equally as helpful before Christmas, helping me source items for my sister, which of course, brought me back to the store to spend again. I've worked in retail and let me tell you, I've worked with some 'less than helpful' sorts, so it's nice to engage with those that care. On a side note, they should perhaps form a band, 'H&M Girls', no doubt they'd be a smash hit. Kind regards - Mr S. J. Pearson

I was in store with my sister today to return same underwear, new untouched, she is pregnant and we need to wait next to till more then 5 min just to give a call. Girl, from the till, Zoe wasn't bothered about this she sad that's nothing what she can do , then we need to keep waiting.Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

Got some bargains in the sale.Never fail to come out empty handed.Staff are friendly and helpful.What an amazing store.It won't be long until im back and i will recommend the store to all my friends.

Only place I can find decent clothes for my younger boys (12 and 13) but much like everywhere else once they hit 13 or 14 they seem to not need clothes anymore, according to shops. Why is there no teen clothing anywhere? They don't suddenly fit into men's clothes!

I love the shop but wish they'd iron the clothes. They sometimes look like they've been left on the floor all night.

RUDE-RUDE-RUDE !My husband approached one of the staff and asked for directions to the section with winter coats, 'lady' explained how to get there adding at the end 'but they are over £100 scanning him top to bottom' on which my husband smiled and understandably left.You don't judge a book by a cover baby, I would assume you should know that by the age that you can legally be employed. Disappointing...I understand that 1st thing that you do when back from work darling is to jump in your silk night gown, re-do your make up and hair and oh nearly forgot a pair of crystal stilettos. Keep on going Cinderella you're doing great !He's got a wooly coat in the shop dedicated to man's fashion only, where staff checked his measurements to find best fit with a smile on their faces.Will not come back.Kindest regards.

Absolutely bang on!Forgot my shirt one morning for work, so nipped to Parkgate to get one found a shirt, tried it on, went to pay and cheekily asked if they had a iron I could lend checkout staff offered to iron the shirt for me!Absolute life saver!Nothing seemed to be an issue!Great service10/10 would recommend

Not a shop I buy from or go in. My daughter likes going in. But I find it a bit over full of racks of clothes. Some racks have different clothes on making it difficult to find what you want. This is all I am saying as I don't go in to do an honest review.
