Chevin Cycles Harrogate

Had been considering getting back into cycling for some time and popped into this store with an idea in mind of what I wanted. I must say the staff are extremely knowledgeable and supported with sizing and discussed / showed me alternatives to my initial idea. After consideration I went with their recommendation feeling that I had not been pushed into purchasing a more expensive option but had made an informed decision and am happy I did. On collection of the bike it was set up, checked and fitted to me and advice given that I would not have got from ordering online. Thanks to all the team there its been a positive one from walking in to riding off!

Brilliant service. Bottom bracket had gone on my bike (5 days before a 80 mile sportive). Dropped it off and had bike back within 2 days. Highly recommended

I have just bought a Trek Domane from Chevin Harrogate. Charlie was so attentive to my needs and nothing was too much trouble. Tom also had input on sizing the bike for me and was most helpful. The whole buying process over the course of 10 days was an excellent experience. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Top guys. They helped me out with a shredded inner tube on my daughter's off-road wheelchair. We are on holiday so this was essential. They sorted it while I waited and the price was very reasonable.Excellent customer service and very friendly interaction.Highly recommended..

I bought my Trek Emonda SL6 back in May 2022. Mark completed mini bike fit to make sure we had the right size frame. Before I took the bike it did have two mechanics check the bike over and Mark went through a few things to ensure I was happy with the day to day maintenance outside of a service. Overall really happy with the bike. The team do a great job in store regardless of which one you visit. I was in Harrogate and it's also my local store. Great advice and service. Cheers Everyone.

Had a few issues with my bike , booked it in with chevin cycles , was really pleased with the service and all issues were sorted out in a few hours. Great service

My local bike shop closed down but I work in Harrogate and occasionally commute by bike (weather permitting) so I could take it here. I do a lot of my own maintenance but let the professionals deal with some jobs. First time I used Chevin was when my disc brake pads needed replacing as they were making a lot of noise and I struggled before with replacing them myself properly. The new brake pads are superb the brake performance of my gravel bike was miles better. A few months later the front mech was struggling to shift up and I couldn't fix it myself so again had Chevin replace the front derailleur and decided to include the gold service since it had been a long time. It was like riding a new bike. Felt absolutely amazing. Thank you Tom for the service and thank you Chevin. Top work.

Great experience buying my Trek Roscoe MTB. Etienne was really helpful providing lots of advice about bike and accessories .I look forward to hitting the trails :D
