Keith and the team are simply fantastic. They’ve helped me out twice recently when time was constrained for me and them, and I needed my van back on the road ASAP. The first time was a tyre change following a puncture, where one of the guys came out to pick up the non-standard wheel from home (which was bolted on too tight), took it away and came back to fit it. The second time was to get it through it’s MOT, after it was discovered one of the tyres was rubbing on the van body. Somehow they managed to source 4 standard VW wheels in time Legends! Highly recommended. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I rang him up late in the working day with an MOT problem and he understood the urgency of my situation and managed to squeeze in a booking for me the next day, despite being fully booked. I think they went above and beyond to get me back on the road asap, and they provided an excellent service for a good price. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Took my van in the other week for 3 issues and a check up. I got quoted £600 for a sump pan which is just a metal pan doesnt move next was just a section of exhaust got quoted £400 and the third issue they didn't even look at. Apon looking at the van they found that the radiator and breaks needed attention. First I asked them to change the front pads at £150 when I went to collect it they told me they didn't do it because the disks needed doing as well instead of phoning to ask me if I wanted to do that. Then I'll come on to the radiator they replaced that no issue until the next day that I drove it to find a massive leak where someone there broke the bleed valve and just placed the cap back. Also the two parts they tried charging me £1000 I found within 8 mins on Google for £80 brand new just not OEM

Fabulous service. I bought a used 2018 Subaru XV from them in July. Bradley, Alex and Dan were all great to deal with. Three weeks after I picked up the car the battery died. I let them know I’d had to replace the battery at a cost approaching £250 and without quibble they refunded me the full amount. Couldn’t recommend them more highly

My lease provider unbelievably decided to send my Tesla here for an MOT and service. It took them a week and it it has come back broken with the aircon/demisters not working and it roaring like an airliner taking off.

My car broke down at home in the evening of the 26 Jul. Got a recovery mechanic out to look at initially, informed it was a sensor. Couldn’t find a garage straight away who was able to look at my car, but thankfully Cross Street offered to take my car in on the 27 Jul and look at it. It was diagnosed with cam belt issues, the garage worked on the car and it was back to me by the afternoon of the 28 Jul. I am very thankful to everyone at Cross street garage for getting my car in and getting fixed. Everything was explained to me, original parts fitted to the car. So, I would recommend them again, a big thank you to all concerned at Cross street, in particular Matt who I contacted a few times to check on the car.Thank you Cross Street for fixing my car!

After taking a long time to find a car that suited my needs, I finally found one at this garage. Having grown up around cars I am always very careful when buying second hand cars. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and we decided to take a trip to visit and inspect the car myself.We purchased the car that day, after the team carried out some basic maintenance work and gave it a new MOT.After 3 months the car developed a problem. Now, the reality is no one would have identified the problem unless they drove the car daily. It was an older car with over 100K on the clock so the issue that arose was not something complete unexpected. However it was a big job to replace the part due to the accessibility. In addition to this, we live around 130 miles away. So I was a little apprehensive when I called the dealership, wondering how they would deal with the issue.To say I was both pleasantly surprised and grateful is an understatement.I cannot thank them enough for working hard to support me. Not only did they sort out a hire car and have a driver come all the way to deliver it. They sorted the repair and covered some of the costs that the warrantee would not. They then sent another driver out to deliver my car and collect the courtesy car.Thank you so much. Your kindest and dedication to customer service really stands out and I really appreciate it.

Really impressed with the customer service I have received after my car broke down on the motorway and had to be transported back to a garage out of hours. I chose Cross Street garage and they've really been great. They ordered parts, fixed it really quickly and will bring it back to me ready for Christmas. Thank you Cross Street!
