Nigel is absolutely brilliant - very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He sorted out my back door lock, telling me all the options available, but with no pressure to go for the more expensive.Very recently he came out to open my bathroom door, which had got stuck. I'd become quite anxious and he calmed me down!!!! Again, he had excellent suggestions, but no pressure.I'd recommend him to everybody - and am so glad I found out about him.
