Doesn’t reply to appointment requests anymore. The owner makes you feel like you are begging to give him your money. Been cutting my hair there for 15 yrs not anymore he doesn’t care about loyal customers at all.

If I could give less stars I would. The owner treats you like you owe him money from last year. His young guy that works there is about as friendly as a robbery. Never again. Our businesses need to learn customer service, professionalism and uniformity in opening hours and terms and conditions. Poor business mindset. Cash only is dodgy as can be.

Spent 4 hours waiting to get a trim for the barbers to tell me they were fully booked. If you do not book in advance do not expect to be communicated with or treated well. I do hope they aim to improve this as an entire day was wasted. The customer service shown was appalling.

Experienced staff hygiene is A* definitely book in advance as these barber's are a Hot Deal, shape ups so sharp you'd think they'd used stencils
