No issues with Next, the clothes are fine. They sell clothes that fit my sons, it hard to find clothes for 14 Yr olds, and in fashion.

We were looking for beds and sofas for our new house today when a rude old lady who was a member of staff told us off for sitting on them to try them out! She complained that she’d have to make the beds look nice again after us… How are we supposed to know what we want if we can’t try it out? Won’t be coming here again.

Absolutely disguising service! I’ve never been so uncomfortable in my life! As we were a group of younger people we were only having a look around and a rude woman came up to us and shouted us saying “if you’re not gonna buy anything leave” just because we were browsing they were not happy! (we were well within our right to). I felt discriminated by very narrow minded individuals. They have no idea about customer service and should be ashamed. Don’t waste your money on such stuck up people.

The attitude of a staff could be betterAt 3pm on 26/9/2022. I was enquiring about the delay of my furniture delivery. The young male staff who dealt with us at the time stated: once the order was done

I review on here regularly and i rarely give anywhere negative feedback TODAY I HAD TO, owen on the till upstairs menswear has zero manners and i would actually go as far as to say a horrible person ,rude to a loyal next customer who wont be shopping here again. Im actually stunned at his rudeness

We went to next in Morfa yesterday to look for curtains. We could not find what we were looking for, but a young lady came to our assistance was very helpful and polite and could not do enough for us. She searched for them on the computer and came up with what we wanted, she went out the back and got a sample curtain for us to look at. She theHer name was Syeda what a wonderful young lady you are, we hope you go far. You changed our perception of young people, never been servd so politely .

Visited next for the boxing day sale arrived at 5:55 took me 8 minutes to get in some of the people have been there since midnight 6 hours queuing in the cold

Great selection of products and great quality products but massively let down by terrible customer service. The customer service desk is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Be carefull ordering for store collection as its a lucky dip if you will get your item even if you get notifcations that its ready for collection.

One of my favourite Next shops. Very good selection of quality clothes , and helpful staff for when enquiring, buying and those dreaded returns. Never had any problems. Always polite and sorted out any problems. So one happy and returning customer.

Went into Next Swansea this evening as both my son and I both wanting to buy new suits for an upcoming occasion. As we approached the mens suit section a fellow customer said I wouldn't bother as the sizes and styles nothing matches". Having without exaggerating spent thousands in Next in the past on suits
