The worst customer service I have ever encountered in any town, city or village in the entire world. Red haired person completely and shockingly rude to the point of being certifiable. As suggested in previous reviews avoid like the plague, I certainly will not go back.

The place is alright but always check the dates of products many times I have come home after shopping there only to find out the items I purchased were out of date.. Once by many months (This was a large pack of gold chocolate bas).. So please please check the expiry date as the store doesn't seem to do it and have wasted money on different occasions having to throw the item out which had just been purchased.. Staff is friendly but I will be more careful from now on when shopping there

The only let down are the junkies who continually stop me for money and a sob story The staff are great and the lady i always see is very helpfulOur Post office in Highbridge has closed and the one in Bridgwater is opening and closing erratically i love the fact i can go today as it is open until 10pm Keep Up the Great work! Thank you

Shocking customer serviceWent in last night 7/5/2016Spoke 2 assistant who said he would get manager/supervised called CarlCarl came over and straight away was very rude and aggressive calling me a chancer when I pointed out an issue with 1 of there pricing labelsCarl told me he wasn't bothered about the label being incorrect and that I should speak 2 the manager the next morning. When I said I wouldn't b around the next day he said I guessed that so toughI won't b using this store again

I have used this post office for a few years. The staff are polite, react to trade with pace and great example of what customer service should be. I hope they are rewarded for there work , Bravo !

Good selection of products, conveniently placed, though the placing of products is a little odd, its easy to find, quite narrow aisles and massively overpriced, £4 for a loaf of white bread is expensive, even for tourist prices, but if you dont mind the prices, its worth popping in, staff dont move heaven and earth, but none of them are rude either, they are friendly but dont go out of the ordinary often, there are some good bargains, but not everything is cheap
