Cancelled Appointments ... .Ive been rung by Damira @ 19.00 on a saturday night to cancel my appointment at 14.00 sundayNOT GOOD ENOUGH ringing me to cancel at a weekend in the evening is unprofessonal but seems to be the norm with Derima dental practice .The appointment before this appointmrnt you also canceled , by a text msg .10 cancelled appointments ive had from your practise , this is unaccrptableExplain why please you have cancelled all my appointments recentlyPlease answer me , RegaurdsA.Eva

I have been to the practice three times. Twice as a walk in NHS patient and once with an appointment. Although there was quite a wait to see a Dentist when just walking in it was worth it as the advice given was very useful. The appointment with a member of the practice was excellent. I would recommend this Practice.

I was so grateful and just relieved to find an NHS dentist after all mine in my local area had closed. But then I realised how lovely the people and place were. I’ve now booked my family in for 6 months time and am very happy that their opening hours are so accommodating to working families. A lovely place. Highly recommend it.

Came in as an emergency on a Sunday. Wonderful dentist, Fabio! He couldn’t have been more kind, gentle and very funny. He made a bad situation much better! Thank you!!

I saw the dentist on the 28th of June for a check up and he took impressions for a denture, whilst doing this he must of disturbed an underlying hole in my tooth. A couple of days later I was in agony with tooth ache. So on the Saturday I phoned up at 8 to been seen.I was told to come in at 2 as an emergency which I did and was asked to take a seat. I was 5th in the queue, so assumed I would be seen quite quick as I'm a registered patient. To my shock I was surprised that other people who walked in were being seen before me and this kept happening. I suffer mental health and the more I sat there watching other people go in before me was starting to set me off. I asked the receptionist if I was still down to be seen and she just said yes take a seat. After 2 and a half hours later and the last to be seen I was called. By the time I got in the room I just broke down in tears as I was in so much pain. I understand we all have to wait but being a registered patient and not just a walk in I assumed I would be seen quickly as I was told that I was down as an emergency. I fear the dentist anyway and this was a horrendous experience for me which has really put me of future appointments.

Reassuring, VERY attentive, I hope to register as a patient asap as I've never felt so safe in a dentists chair to be honest. Dentist was thorough, I went in on emergency, could have just tapped the tooth, gave me antibiotics & sent me on my way, but instead he talked me through a long term plan.Great stuff. I can finally relax after weeks of utter anxiety. Literally.

I attended here for an emergency appointment via 111 on a Sunday.It was really busy,however a fast turnaround.I saw Fabio the dentist, and honestly such a lovely and understanding dentist, quite possibly one of the nicest I have met.I wish I encountered him in my younger years in the peak of my dental phobia!

All the staff at Damira Sharland House Dental practice are so welcoming and supportive whilst I was receiving dental treatment. They helped me with my nerves and made the whole process much calmer and easier for me. I would like the thank the staff for making this experience a nice one!

Had a tooth extraction last week at my own dentist and I have been in agony all weekend. Phoned 111 who sent me here to out of hours dentist due to it being a Sunday. He made me feel very welcome and was very professional. He cleaned the tooth up and helped with ulcers and sent me away with antibiotics. Feel better already. That’s the second time iv seen him in about 5 years due to tooth pain and both times he has sorted the issue. Great dentist which is hard to find. Just a shame he’s not my own dentist. I am terrified of dentists due to bad experiences I have had in the past. This alongside having a food intolerance that makes me sick my teeth were not in the best condition. My dentist at Damian Sharland has always made me feel at ease. He has explained fully everything he is going to do to me, giving me confidence to go forward with the treatment. I no longer dread visiting the dentist. I fully recommend Damira Sharland Dentist.
