Travelled all the way to the store after checking online stock availability, checked stock availability whilst in the store yet half the items weren't in stock even though it stated said items where in stock online. Either sort your online stock checker or do something. Uneccerencey travel is bad enough just now without wasted trips to stores which have non of the items in stock, that they state are in stock online. Kind of defeats the purpose of being able to check local stock availability.

Brilliant shop the guys are always helpful. Always bring the goods to the front shop and advice me if not sure.Prices good so I always put a screwfix screen and toolstation screen up on my pc so I can compare.Obviously I take the cheapest one as I am a tradesman and saving even £1 a time can add up, but to be fair I will find some items cheaper one day at screwfix and another item cheaper at toolstation the next day.But mostly I am finding toolstation the cheapest.Many thanks again William

Toolstation definitely for me im from livingston I know all the staff brilliant service never had an issue not like scruwfix thats why I don't yous scruwfix staff very unfriendly Toolstation for me hands down keep up the good work

Went in today for a click & collect order. There's a separate area for click & collect only. Guy at desk was super rude when I mentioned the area was for click & collect only when he went to serve a customer standing in the normal queue. He said to the other customer well I guess we just need to follow the rules then eh". Chucked my order at me & had a serious attitude problem. Why have a separate click & collect area if you're just going to serve any customer there? There was no need for his attitude at all."
