Such a lovely and peaceful place to eat. Reasonable prices and delightful and delicious meals, very warm and welcoming staff! I'd say that's the best donner/shawarma you can have it in York!

The customer service was 5/5 very welcoming and professional. I myself got the cheese burger and wife got the chicken burger the burgers were amazing juicy and tasty we got chips they had peri powder on them and the chilli sauce was the perfect combination. Will definitely be coming back next time we come to york and plus it is halal! The atmosphere was fun I thoroughly enjoyed the arabic music it added to the arab vibes.

Best Iraqi Kurdish shawarma I had ever had in England. I ordered chicken shawarma wrap and it came wrapped in Iraqi bread the way we had it in Iraq. With the shawarma we ordered lentil soup as the weather was quite cold outside. The soup came hot with fresh bread.The prices are quite affordable and surprisingly cheaper than what we paid in other middle eastern restaurants in York. The service was also excellent.After food we had tea and it was equally authentic Iraqi (Kurdish tea).I highly recommend the place whether you are looking for authentic Iraqi Kurdish food or you are looking to taste how shawarma is served in the Middle East

My chicken & Halloumi wrap was delicious and I found the gentleman who served me to be very nice but the table near me seemed unsatisfied. The garlic sauce was ok but it's not the thick dip I was hoping for and there was only pop available so I opted for water. I did love that the roses on the table were real. I saw a calzone being served to another customer and it makes me want to go back soon (I'll be sure to check out the garden patio I'm told is out back)

A lovely place hidden away in the city of York. Great food, very flavourful, tasty and well presented. We ordered the mix shawarma (chicken and lamb) and the mix grill with half rice and half chips. Everything was served hot and fresh and didn't take long to arrive. The atmosphere was wonderful and it was a family friendly environment. Excellent customer service by Tshering and Shalo who both served us and explained the menu in detail. The owner Rebaz was very hospitable and checked in with us to ensure everything was ok. He was very friendly and approachable. A very good dining experience and would definitely recommend.

A fantastic place with sufficient dine in area, hidden in the city of york which serves delicious shavarma. Tried their chicken shavrma wrap with chips and drinks. The taste appetizing, the major higlight was their freshly made nan bread. They had a variety of sauces. Worth the price. Good customer service.

Fantastic little place, Got talking to the chef Harman, he says that every morning fresh meat is delivered & they hand make every shawarma. The meat is lovely the salad is plentiful and the staff are friendly, with as many sauces as you want, but what makes this place great is the pitta bread. They literally shape it in front of you, then slap it to the side of a big circular oven and it cooks & Bubbles up, it’s somehow soft and crispy at the same time. I will be going back regularly. Fully recommend.

Can’t believe this place exists in York, authentic shawarma, tandoori freshly baked naan/bread.Pizza wasn’t bad as well…

Nice little shawarma dining which is Halal. Had a falafel wrap in freshly baked naan. Food was good.
